【摘要】 本文对汉、蒙、朝鲜三个民族的HLA系统抗原频率进行了比较。结果:汉、蒙族间HLA—A₂,HLA—A₂₈,HLA—B₅,HLA—Cw₂、HLA—Cw₄蒙族略低于汉族;汉、朝鲜族间HLA—A₉,HLA—B₁₅、HLA—B₅、HLA—Bw₂₂朝鲜族明显高于汉族;蒙、朝鲜族间HLA—B₅、HLA—B₁₅,HLA—Bw₂₂朝鲜族明显高于蒙族。经遗传距离计算,初步见到三个民族的亲缘关系非常密切,更多还原

【Abstract】 This survey covers 105 persons of unrelated Han nation (aging 21 to 56, 56males 49females), 104 of unrelated Mongolian nation (aging 16-18, 55males 49 females) and 100 of unrelated Korean nation (aging 18～58, 32males 68 females). Antigens freguency in HLA system was compared among the Han, the Mongolian and the Korean nations with the method of the microcytotoxicity (the method used in international workshop), in which HLA typing sera were supplied by the American Red Cross and were typed by our own laboratoryThe result obtained was as follows. HLA-A2, HLA-A28, HLA-B5, HLA-CW2 and HLA-CW4 in Mongolian persons are slightly lower those in Han persons. HLA-A9, HLA-B15 and HLA-BW22 in Korean persons are Obviously higher than those in Han person. HLA-B5, HLA-B15 and HLA-BW22 In Korean persons are obviously higher than those in Mongolian persons. According to the calculated genetic distance of these three nations it was preliminarily found that the relationship of these three nations is very close Each haplotypc having significant linkage diseguilibrium is not uniform among three nations.更多还原
