【Abstract】 Pancreatoduodenectomy was perfored in 118 cases out of 433 cases of the carcinoma of pancreas and periampulla of vater, the excision rate was 21.3%, operative death was 18 cases with the early operative mortality of 15.2%. Complications ocurred in 30 cases, in which 13 cases were leakage of pancreas, 7 cases death in 75 cases of end-to-end pancreatojejunostomy 2 cases of leakage of pancreas and one death occurred. The follow-up rate was 87%,The 5 years survival rates after operation were: carcinoma of the ampulla of refer 42.4%, carcinoma of the head of pancreas 20%, carcinoma of the distal common bile duct 20%, carcinoma of the duodenum66.7%.The result of analysis of 118 cases of pancreatodeneclomy shows that the end -to-end pancreatoiejunostomy is the better procedure, by which leakage of pancreas may greatly reduced. The preoperative preparation and postoperative care are also discussed in the paper.更多还原
