【Abstract】 The leucocyte adherence inhibition test (LA1T) were performed in 83 Cases (24 Pancreatic cancer, 31 other malignant, 28 benign disease).The result obtained was 19 of 24 cases with carcinoma of the pancreas had a positive reaction while 4 of 59 cases in control with 6.8% of false positive rate, The LAIT could be of great value in diagnosis cf pancreatic cancer and has the advantage of being simple, rapid and inexpensive.更多还原
