【摘要】 <正> 1955年Siebenmann RE首次报告肾上腺次全切除后柯兴综合征复发伴有皮肤色素沉着及垂体前叶嗜碱细胞瘤增长的病例。1958年Nelson DH等报告双侧肾上腺切除后柯兴综合征病人发生垂体肿瘤,并证明由于ACTH产生过多而致全身性色素沉着。以后陆续有报告,称之为Nelson综合征。我院于1979年报告更多还原

【Abstract】 The incidence of Nelson’s syndrome among the 138 cases of Cushing’s disease as a whole was 14/138 = 10%, while that of the newly discovered 4 cases among the 25 cases of Cushing’s disease was 4/25 = 16%.Among the 14 cases, 4 were males and 10 were females. The average age of onset of their Cushing s disease was 19.3 years for the males and 24.0 years for the females. The paper made an analysis of the clinical data of the 14 cases and diseussed the predisposing factors of the syndrome. The early diagnostic methods, and, for the sake of preventicn of the syndrome, the principles of treatment of Cushing’s disease, and the theraFeutic measures that should be adopted were also briefly discussed.更多还原
