【Abstract】 Total anomalus pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) is a rare congenital anormaly with poor prognesis of survival during infancy.Correction of the anormaly must be undertaken in most patients during the first year.During recent 3 years, 3 patients were undergone coriection by the Malta’ s method for supracardiac type of total anormalous pulmonary venous connection with the use of cardiopulmonary bypass.There are 2 males, 1 female.The ages are 11,15 and 17 years old respectively.The indication for operation was chronic heart failvre in one severe cases. Short breath, tachycardia and mild cyanosis in general movement for remain 2 cases.Three patients all have big heart with sign of "snow heart" in roentgen film,RAH,RVH in ECG.The approach of operation and classification of TAPVC are discussed in this report.All 3 patients survived with corrective surgery.The good progncsis following surgically treatment in these 3 patients with TAPVC could bc achieved according the age above 10 years old without pulmony hypcrtensicn ard obstructicn due to stenosis of the pulmonary vein.更多还原
