在克汀病重病区复制大鼠地方性克汀病的实验研究 Ⅰ.第一代仔鼠甲状腺和脑的改变

【摘要】 <正> 为深入研究地方性克汀病(以下简称地克病),我们从1981年7月开始,在地克病重病区(患病率为11.04%的集贤大队),利用病区的粮食、蔬菜和水就地饲养大白鼠,并连续传代,以期复制出接近人类地克病的动物模型。现将第一代仔鼠甲状腺和脑的改变做初步报导。材料和方法实验动物和分组:实验用160—180克Wistar 鼠(由中国医学科学院实验动物中心提供,北京),随机分成二组:实验组在病区现场动物室饲养,食用当地产的粮食按比例配成

【Abstract】 The thyroid and brain have been studied in the first generation,borne by thiermothers receiving low iodine diet for 4 months in severe cretinism area and thesame diet added iodine(control group),at 1,5,10,15,20,30,60 days of age.Thresults showed that experimental group was presented with obvious thyroid goiter,high thyroidal 125I uptake,reduction of the brain weight and incorporation of 3H-leucine into brain,incraese of the density of the cerebral and cerebkal neuronsand reduction of the size,delay of disappearance time of cerebellar EGL and soon during the peroid 30 days after birth,in comparison with control group.Butlater,no significant difference occured between both groups.This indicates thatthe block of brain development occurs only the earlier stage of life and isn’tpermanent in the first generation with low iodine.Thus,reproduction of cretinismmodel in rats should be continued.
