【Abstract】 Two groups of vaccines (77 and 39) were immunized with purified PI fractionfrom Brucella 104M Strain and another group of (45)was set by routingcarification with attenuated 104M vaccine as control.After inoculation withPI,febrile reactions of short duration were observed,but falled readily.Two weeks after immunization the serum geometrical mean titre of one injectionPI group was significantly higher than that of the live vaccine control;four mo-nths later,however,the titres of both groups dropped to similar levels.Alle-rgenicity of PI Was significantly lower than that of the live vaccine.更多还原
