实验大鼠甲状腺过氧化物酶活性的测定

【Abstract】 In order to measure thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) activity,Tianjin strain rats weredivided into A,B,C groups.A,B groups were bred in endemic goiter area (Chifeng),and A group was an experimental group,which was called Chifeng rats in the article.The control group had been injected 30% iodized oil 0.2ml,it was called oil rats inthe article.C group as a nonendemic goiter area control group was bred in Jinzhouit,was called Jinzhou rats in the article.The experimental result showed that TPO activity of three groups were 252.5±47.8,71.7±10.0 and 125.0±14.0 GUx10~3/mg Protein respectively,but the iodine contents ofthyroid were 0.13±0.01,0.66±0.06 and 0.25±0.02μg/mg wet tissue weight respectively.It was illustrated that there was significant difference either in iodine content or inTPO activity of three groups(F>F0.01).In addition to,TPO activity and iodinecontent have a negative relation(r=-0.51,P<0.01).
