某些水溶性维生素营养状况评定的研究

【摘要】 用任意一次尿中某些水溶性维生素排出量与肌酐排出量的比值来作为评定人群的营养状况最为简便,能解决收集24小时尿量不易完整的困难。本文的人体实验结果证明,任意一次尿中肌酐排出量与全日尿中肌酐排出量有显著的相关,即使一日偶尔增加100—300g的酱牛肉,对全日尿中肌酐的排出量影响不大。任意一次尿中硫胺素、核黄素、N’-甲基尼克酰胺的排出量与肌酐排出量的比值,能够反映出绝大多数受试者这些维生素的营养状况,可作为评定人群营养状况的指标。

【Abstract】 Under the present condition of Chinese diet, whether the excretion data from a single voided sample or a random sample taken at any time during the day can be used for appraisal of thiamin, riboflavin and N-meth-ylniacinamide nutritional status. Therefore, we carried out the following experiments.1.Eight healthy male adults with the age of 26-60 years took an ordinary diet and collected a 24-hour urine at four 6-hour intervals (5:30-11:30; 11:30-17:30; 17:30-23:30; 23:30-5:30) The creatinine excretion of each 6-hour was determined and the correlation between each 6-hour to the 24-hour of the same day was calculated. The results showed that they were highly correlated (r = 0.92, 0.75, 0.89 and 0.93).2.Four healthy male adults with age of 26-40 years took an ordinary diet with about 25g of meat as the basal, then added 100, 200, 300 grams of beef a day for three day, in each period respectively. In the third day of each period, a 24-hour urine of each subject was collected in four successive 6 hours tor the determination of their creatinine contents. The results showed that the creatiuine excretion was not significantly influenced by the addition of 100-300 grains of beef a day. The correlation oi creatinine excretion between the two 6-hour in day time to the 24-hour was highly significant (r = 0.66 and 0.75), but not significant in the night time (r = 0.43 and 0.24).3. Fourty healthy adults (23 male and 17 female) took an ordinary diet and their random samples ol urine in the day time and the 24-hour urine ot the same day were collected tor analysis of creatinine, thiamin, riboflavin and N-methylniacinamide. The results shoved that when these vitamin metabolites were expressed in relation to creatinine content ofthe same sample, the correlation between the random sample and 24-hoururine were highly significant. If these vitamin metabolites were expressed per hour, the correlation of thiamin and riboflavin in random samples to 24-hour’s was highly significant, but not for N-methylniacinamide.It is concluded that under the present condition of Chinese diet, excretion data of thiamia, riboflavin and N-methylniacinamide from randome samples expressed in relation to creatinine content of the same sample can be used as appraisal of these vitamins nutritional status.
