【Abstract】 5 patients with retinoblastoma have been treated by using hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) and phototherapy. HPD is administered intravenously at the doses of 2.5 mg/kg, and two days later the eyes are exposed to He-Ne laser for 30 minutes, with the intensity of 100-150 mW. From our clinical observation, HPD phototherapy has no harmful effect both on ocular and systematic tissues.更多还原
