【Abstract】 The fluorescence emission spectra of five typical triatomic rare gas halide excimers have been observed from electron-beam-excited high-pressure mixtures. In addition, the spectroscopy parameters and most important reaction-kinetics constants including formation rate constans k_f and halide donor quenching rate constants k_q of these triatomic excimers are presented and reviewed.更多还原
