溶剂萃取过程动力学研究——Ⅰ.HEH(EHP)从硫酸盐溶液中萃取Cr(Ⅲ)的过程
KINETICS OF SOLVENT EXTRACTION PROCESS——Ⅰ.EXTRACTION OF CHROMIUM(Ⅲ)WITH HEH(EHP)FROM SULFATE SOLUTION
【摘要】 本文以煤油为稀释剂,研究HEH(EHP)从硫酸盐水溶液中萃取Cr(Ⅲ)的动力学过程。考察了铬离子浓度、萃取剂浓度、酸度、硫酸根浓度对萃取速率的影响。推断该过程的主要历程为: Cr(OH)2++(HA)I?(Cr(OH)2A)I+H+ (Cr(OH)2A)I+(H2A2)。?(CrA3)。+2H2O结合水解、络合等步骤,并考虑到检测结果是萃余水相铬离子的总浓度,即 [Cr(Ⅲ)]=[Cr3+]+(Cr(OH)2++[Cr(OH)2+]+[CrSO4+]采用稳态法导出其速率方程为 R=(k1K2[Cr(Ⅲ)][HA]I[H2A2]。)/(k-1[H+]+k2[H2A2]。)(1/β1β2)(H+]2+1/β2[H+]+1+a/β1β2[H+][SO-42-]) -(k-1k-2[CrA3]。[H+]/(k-1[H+]+k2[H2A2]。))
【Abstract】 Kinetics of the extraction of chromium(Ⅲ)with HEH(EHP) in kerosenesolution from aqueous sulfate solution has been studied.
