【摘要】 <正> 当前在新的技术革命的影响下,都在探索采取什么样的对策才能加快本学科的发展步伐,以适应四化建设的需要。在这样的形势下,讨论一下中医与中西医结合工作的指导方针,采取一些必要的措施加快其前进步伐,无疑是十分必要的。我是把中医与中西医结合工作作为一个整体来考察的。因为他们的共同任务是继承与发扬祖国医药学宝库,他们都需要吸取现代医学的先进成就,他们都需要用现代科学方法对医学理论、临床实践及方剂药物进行研究。当然在分工上可有所不同,研究的重点也必然有所侧重,但在学术上互相渗透、取长补短;在工作上你中有我、相互依赖,将是大势所趋,是不以人们的主观意志为转移的。下面我从三个方面谈谈个人的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since liberation the situation of combination of TCM with Western medicine has greatlychanged. Valuable experiences have been accumulated in the ways and methods of combinationof TCM with Western mdeicine. Thousands of medical workers engaged in the work of combina-tion of TCM with Western medicine have been trained. This is now appreciated by the medicalcircles at home and abroad. But judged by the practical needs of social development, the currentsituation of TCM and combination of TCM with Western medicine cannot suit the increasingneeds of our medical and health work. New knowledge and techniques should be introduced todevelop proper theories of TCM and to extend the clinical experiences. TCM faces the challengeof modern medicine, which is more rigorous than 40 years before. The number of doctors of TCMand the number of sick bed are not enough for the need of clinical practice. Progress in theresearch work of TCM is not as great as Western medicine. The production and application oftraditional Chinese drugs face the pressing task of improvement. Those mentioned above showthat the current situation of TCM and the combination of TCM with Western medicine od notsuit the present needs. Various policies must be taken to change the present situation. The mostimportant of them are to deal correctly with relationship of inheritance and development, tocarry out the ’open door police’, to change the structure of continent of personnel of TCM, toset up new specialities and to improve the methods of diagnosis and therapy and means ofscientific research.
