【摘要】 立式金属罐和流量计都是液体石油产品交接计量的器具。石油部颁发的交接计量规程规定立罐计量误差为± 0.35％,本文认为除± 0.35％外,还有一系列可变因素影响罐的计量精度,并通过多处罐和流量计计量对比,得出罐比流量计少计0.16～0.46％的结论。建议有条件的地方,应选用流量计进行交接计量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Both the vertical metal tank and flow meter are used as a means to measure liquid oil products at delivery.The vertical tank measuring errors as specified in the Regulations for Measurement at delivery promulgated by the Ministry of petroleum Industry are 0.35%,but the paper notes that,in addition to 0.35%, there are quite a few variable factors affecting the measuring accuracy, Through comparisons between tanks and flow meters in measurement, there has come the conclusion that the date taken by a tank is 0.16" 0.4l%less than that by a flow meter.
