【摘要】 本文从剖析缝管式锚杆的锚固力着手,分析了其工艺参数的若干问题,得到了一些有技术经济意义的见解。从顶板稳定性分析发现,缝管锚杆的全长锚固力不是许用锚固力,单用全长锚固力来衡量缝管锚杆是不全面的。用锚固力方程和实测资料分析了各种因素对缝管锚杆锚固力的影响程度。论述了用普碳钢制作缝管锚杆的可行性,也论述了用几何作图法确定锚杆缝宽的原理和实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some of the constructional parameters of the split set bolts are analysed throughthe analyses of its anchor strength/force,so that some of the technically and econom-ically significant understanding are acquired.Analyzing the stability of roofs with thesplit sets,it has been discovered that all of the anchor force inclusive of all lengths ofthe split set is not available and it is not sound judgment to employ only the anchorforce inclusive of all lengths in estimation of the split sets.The factors affecting theanchor strength of the split sets are analysed by the equation of anchor force and theexperimental data.The applicability in manufacturing the split set in low carbon steelis dealt with,together with the principle and practices of the geometric graph to estimatethe split width of the split sets.更多还原
