Cu(I)-CH3CN-H2SO4-H2O 系中铜阴极过程的某些动力学问题
SOME KINETIC PROBLEMS OF COPPER CATHODIC PROCESS IN THE SYSTEM Cu(I)-CH3CN-H2SO4-H2O
【摘要】 与使用二价铜盐电解液的传统过程相比,在亚铜盐的酸性溶液中电解精炼铜,不仅能强化过程,而且可显著节约能量。本文用线性电位扫描法研究了Cu(Ⅰ)-CH3CN-H2SO4-H2O 系中铜阴极过程的某些动力学问题。测定了活化能及其与过电位的关系,极限电流密度(Il)及其与电解液组成和温度的关系。在实验数据的基础上,算出了转移系数(α=0.67)、标准交换电流(i0,st=6.53·10-3A/cm2)及标准速度常数(Kst=5.85·10-5cm/sec)。最后绘制了△(?)—1g(io/il)图,利用它可以近似地估计在不同电位条件下极化的主要类型。
【Abstract】 The electrorefining of copper in acidic cuprous salt solution is probable not onlyto intensify the process,but also to offer significant energy savings over conventionalprocess using acidic cupric salt electrolyte.In the present paper are investigated some kinetic problems of copper cathodic process in the system Cu(I)-CH3CN-H2SO4-H2O bylinear potential sweep method.The activation energy and its dependence on overpoten-tial,as well as the limiting current density il and its relationship with the electrolytecomposition and temperature are determined.On the basis of the experimental data,are calculated the transfer coefficient(a=0.67),standard exchange current(i0,st=6.53.10-3A/cm2)and standard rate constant(Kst=5.85.10-5cm/Sec).Finally is drawn a diagram△(?)-1g(in)/(il),by means of which one can approximately evaluate the type of polariza-tion at different overpotentials.
