螺旋溜槽的放大准

【摘要】 本文就螺旋溜槽结构参数对液流特性及物料回收几率的影响进行了探讨。提出了与回收几率密切相关的相当数N,指出了溜槽外区的雷诺数很大但对回收细粒却有重要作用。最后提出了为保持回收率相等所应遵循的放大准则,并推荐了相应的结构参数。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the criterion for the scale-up of structural parameters of spiral chu-tes is described.Within the size range 54.4-10.2μ of the materials to be treated,geo-metrical similitude should not be followed for the structural parameters of spiral chutesand the criterion for scale-up should be:(?)The effect of different structural parameters of various types of spiral chutes onthe characteristics of its flowing film was established through systematic measurementsof the thickness and the mean tangential rate of the flowing film.The concentrationtests indicated that the recovery probability of mineral grains was related not only tothe Reynolds’ number but also to the tangential slope of their position.After the rules above-mentioned were brought to light,the criterion for the scale-up of structural parameters was put forward which could keep the recovery probabili-ties equal to each other.Finally,the criterion was verified by experiments and,basedon this criterion,some structural parameters of spiral chutes were recommended.
