【Abstract】 We designed and maunfactured a double-diaphragm shock tube. The schock tube can be driven either by cold hydrogen or by exploding the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen. In the former case, the double diaphragms are so set that the difference in pressure across one diaphragm is the same as that across the other. In the latter case only one diaphragm is set. In about one hundred times of exploding experiments, the breaking down condition of the double diaphragms are excellent. At the same time, the corresponding vilocities, pressures, temperatures in the shock tube and the data of the spectoums. have been recorded. And we have found that the function of the shock tube fulfils our designing reguirements.更多还原
