昆明地区松科植物的过氧化物酶同工酶
Peroxidase Isozyme of Pinaceae Plant in Kunming
【摘要】 用聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳法(垂直管式和板式)对昆明地区野生和引种栽培的松科九属十七种三变种的过氧化物酶同工酶进行分析和比较,结果如下: 松科九个属的成熟叶的过氧化物酶同工酶谱代表九种特定的酶谱型,有很明显的属特异性。其中,金钱松属、雪松属酶谱最简单,最复杂的是铁杉属,其次是落叶松属、黄杉属、油杉属,冷杉属和松属。
【Abstract】 Peroxidase isozyme of 17 species and 3 varieties beloging to 9 genera of Pinaceae in Kunming were analysed by polyacrylamide gel electrophorisis ( disc and slab ) . The results obtained are as following:The zymograma of peroxidase isozyme pattern in the adult leaf of 9 genera plant of Pinaceae in Kunming will represent the zymogram type of peroxidase isozyme characteritic of these genera and there arc pecurilar character of genus. From among them, the zymogram of Psudolarix and Cedrus are the most simple, the zymogram of Tsuga is the most complex. The zymogram of Larix, Pseudot-suga, Keteleeria, Abies and Pinus are more complex.Comparing zymogram of peroxidase isozyme pattern in adult leaf of 9 species and 2 varieties beloging to Pinus were found the similarity of peroxidase isozyme in a section is more large than that of peroxidase isozyme between the sections, and the similarity of peroxidase isozyme between the sections is more large than that betweem subgenus.From the zymogram, the species that similarity to Pinus yunnanensis are P. yunnancnsis var. pygmaea, P. yunnanensis var. tenuifolia and P. massoniana. Their similarity is 85.7%, 70.5% and 87.5%, respectively.The zymogram of peroxidase isozyme in adult leaf of P. thunbergii is similar to that of P. massoniana. The zymogram of P. palustrix and P. halapen is similar to that of P. thunbergii.It is of great interest the zymogram of peroxidase isozyme in adult leaf in P. elliattii is similar to that of P. yunnanensis var. pygmaea, and remains to be investigated.
