天花粉蛋白的化学——Ⅴ.粉末状结晶天花粉蛋白的拉曼光谱
Chemistry of Trichosanthin Ⅴ.Raman Spectroscopy Study on Crystalline Trichosanthin in Powder Form
【摘要】 本文报道粉末状结晶天花粉蛋白的拉曼光谱。酰胺Ⅰ和酰胺Ⅲ的振动谱带在1680和1250 cm-1。骨架Cα—C—N的振动谱带在965 cm-1。苯丙氨酸残基的特征谱带在1010和1620 cm-1。酪氨酸残基的特征谱带在845和862 cm-1。色氨酸残基的特征谱带在765 cm-1。酰胺Ⅰ和Ⅲ的谱带中,B折叠和无序结构的特征较为明显。表征无序结构的965 cm-1谱带很弱。
【Abstract】 The Raman spectrum of crystalline trichosanthin in powder form is stu-died.The amide Ⅰ and amide Ⅲ bands are at 1680 and 1250 cm-1 respectively.The Cα-C-N skeletal vibration band is at 965 cm-1.The characteristic Raman bands of phenyl-alanine residue are at 1010 and 1620 cm-1,tyrosine residue—at 845 and 826 cm-1 andtryptophan residue—at 765 cm-1.Among the amide Ⅰ and amide Ⅲ bands,the characterof β-pleated sheet and random structures are clear.The band at 965 cm-1 relating to therandom structure is very weak.
