急性免疫损伤对实验性动脉粥样硬化早期病变的影响

【摘要】 用家兔40只,分为正常对照组、胆固醇组、牛血清白蛋白组以及牛血清白蛋白加胆固醇组。造型4周处死,观察对比冠脉主干起始部、主动脉根、弓、胸部的病理形态变化。结果显示,牛血清白蛋白加胆固醇组动脉内膜厚度最大(P<0.05),泡沫细胞灶检出例数最多(P≤0.05),平滑肌细胞增生较明显,病变程度较重。表明急性免疫损伤与高胆固醇血症有协同作用,可能促进动脉粥样硬化早期病变的形成。

【Abstract】 The early lesions of aortic and coronary arteries were induced in 30 rabbits by hypercho-lesterol diet (group Ch), single injection of bovine serum albumin (group BSA)and both in combination (group BSA+Ch). The experiment was carried out, over a periodof 4 weeks, together with 10 rabbits fed on ordinary diet as control (group N) and the le-sions were studied by light and electrou microscopes. The results indicated that the intimalthickness and the number of foam cell lesions were significantly greater (p<0.05and p≤0.05respectively) in rabbits of group BSA+Ch as compared to those of three other groups. Theproliferation of smooth muscle cell was obvious in group BSA+Ch as well. These datademonstrate that the synergic action of immunological injury and hypercholesteremia maypromote the deposition of lipid, the proliferation of smooth muscle cell and early atheros-clerotic lesion formation in rabbits.
