空肠弯曲菌耐热性肠毒素的初步研究

【摘要】 空肠弯曲菌是人类急性腹泻的重要病原菌之一。为探讨其发病机理,我们用乳鼠试验法检测了48株从腹泻病人分离的空肠弯曲菌肠毒素,结果有6株阳性。对其中2株进行了耐热性试验,证明具有耐热性。发现在人工培养条件下经多次传代,其耐热性肠毒素(ST)的活性有减弱或丧失的趋势。本研究还模拟了人体条件,对空肠弯曲菌在人体内产生ST的可能性进行了初步探讨,认为它在人体条件下产生是可能的。

【Abstract】 Campylobacter jejuni has been recognized as one of the important enteric pathogensfor human diarrheal diseases. 48 strains of Campylobacter jejuni freshly isolated fromdiarrheal patients were used to infect suckling mice, in order to investigate the behaviourand pathogenicity of C. jejuni. 6 of 48 strains recovered from the mice revealed thattheir enterotoxins were heat stable. But the stability might be weakened or become subs-iding through successive passage of artificial cultures, in vitro. As the environmentalconditions that the mice models attained were simulating that of human individuals, Theauthors proposed to assume that the acquirement of the nature of stability to heat by C.jejuni might be achieved in vivo.
