【摘要】 带真皮下血管网皮肤移植的皮片包括表皮、真皮和真皮下血管网,其厚度为1～6.5mm。手术步骤与中厚或全厚皮片移植基本相同,不进行血管吻合。在某些情况下,本法可用作带蒂皮瓣或游离皮瓣移植而避免外形臃肿。移植皮片的颜色、弹性、柔软度和感觉恢复等方面,均较中厚或全厚皮片为优越。本文报告并分析28例病人临床应用的结果。皮片最大复盖面积为234cm~2。26例的皮片100％成活,2例96％成活。对用本法的适应症和禁忌症作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transplantation of skin with preserved subdermal vascular network is a new method ofskin grafting. The transplant includes the epidermis, dermis and the subdermal vascular net-work. Its thickness ranges from 1.0～6.5mm. The operation procedure is essentially the sameas that of a split thickness or full thickness skin grafting. Vascular anastomosis is not per-formed. Under certain conditions, this method can be used in place of pedicle flap or freeflaps to avoid their bulkiness. The color, elasticity, texture and return of sensation of thesegrafts are all superior to split and whole thickness grafts. The results of 28 patients were reported and analysed. Of the patients, 19 were male,9 were female. The largest area to be resurfaced measured 234cm~2. 100％ take in 26 cases,96％ take in 2 cases. The indications and contraindications of this transplantation were discussed.更多还原
