正常儿童心缩间期与心率、年龄和性别间的相关分析
Correlations between STI and Heart Rate, Age and Sex in Children
【摘要】 本实验同步记录心电图、心音图、心尖搏动图和颈动脉搏动图,测定了202名正常儿童(2.5~14岁)的心缩间期(STI),通过多因素逐步回归相关分析,探讨了心率、年龄及性别与儿童STI的相关性。QA2、LVET和TMST与心率呈负相关,与年龄呈正相关,存在显著性别差异。PEP和ICT与年龄呈正相关,心率和性别无影响。PEP/LVET比值和ICT/LVET比值分别为0.316±0.044和0.224±0.034,受心率、年龄影响较小。EMD相对恒定,平均为23.9±4.2毫秒。
【Abstract】 The STI have been measured in 202 normal (2.5 to 14 years old) from simulta-neous recording of ECG, PCG, ACG and carotidgram. Multifactor progressiveregression analysis was applied to evaluate the STI correlation with heart rate(HR), age and sex. Electromechanical systolic time (QA2), left ventricular ejectiontime (LVET) and total mechanical systolic time (TMST) were remarkably inverselypelated to HR and directly to age. There were significant sex differences in theseintervals. Pre-ejection period (PEP) and isometric contraction time (ICT) werefoundto be prolonged with increasing age but not varied with HR and sex. PEP/LVET ratio(0.316±0.004) and ICT/LVET ratio (0.224±0.034) were little affected by HR, age andsex. Electromechanical delay (EMD) was found to be comparative constant(23.9±4.2).
