【摘要】 本文报告了对103例患者作了希氏束电图检查(其中12例还进行快速心房起搏),结果发现和证实隐匿性房室传导阻滞(CAVB)20例,占15.9％。其中隐匿性房内阻滞1例,隐匿性房室结内阻滞2例,隐匿性希氏束内阻滞3例,隐匿性希氏束远端阻滞7例(双束支同步性与北同步性阻滞分别为2例,5例),另7例为隐匿性混合性传导阻滞。文章对CAVB的电生理检查方法及临床意义作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 103 cases with various underwent the examination of His bundle electrocardiogram andatrial pacing (12 cases) during 1979-1981. It was shown that concealed atrioventricularblock (CAVB) could be demonstrated in 20 (15.9％), in which concealed block inthe atrium, atrioventricular node, bundle of His, His-Purkinje system and multiple sites(mixed lesions) were 1, 2, 3, 7 and 7 cases, respectively.
