【Abstract】 After i.v.PMOH (18.9mg/kg) on 5 rabbits,plasma concentrations of calcium were decreased significantly,but the concentrations of ma- gnesium were increased significantly.The dynamic parameters of con- centration of calcium were shown by micro-computor treatment.By inference,the T1/2 of chelating calcium by compound is 2.2188 hours, which is corresponded to lasting time of antiarrhythmic effect obser- ved in animals.更多还原
