合肥地区医用诊断X射线工作者外周血T细胞总微核率和累积照射剂量的关系

【Abstract】 The total micronuclear rate of peripheral blood T—lymphocyte among 100 medical diagnostic x ray workers and 52 non—irradiated medical workers has been studied. It is found that the mean value of the micronuclear rate of the non—irradiated medical group is about 2.58±1.26%. There are no differences between different age and different sex groups. The total T—lymphocyte mieronuclear rate of the irradiated group is significantly higher than that of the control group. The micronuclear rate of the irradiated gronp whose cumulative irradiated dose exceeds 6500 mrem and the irradiated dose per year exceeds 300 mrem is higher than those whose cumnlative close is lower than 6500 mrem and the irradiated dose per year is lower than 300 mrem respectively. Within the dose range of this study, there is no linear correlation between the total micronuclear rate of T-lymphocyte and the dose per year or the cumulative irradiated dose.
