掺Gu2O铌酸锂光波导片的液相外延生长

【摘要】 本文叙述了采用液相外延技术生长的掺Cu2O铌酸锂光波导片的制备工艺和性能。选用Li2O-V2O5作为助熔剂,测定了薄膜的折射率、X-射线衍射曲线,以及薄膜中的化学成分含量,最后用对称耦合棱镜观察了光波导现象。

【Abstract】 The preparation process and the performances of a Cu2O-doped LiNbOs waveguide device utilizing the liquid epitaxy technique are reported[1] Selecting Li2O-V2O5 as flux, the refractive index and the X-ray diffractive curve of the film have been measured. The component content of it is also determined. Finally the optical waveguide phenomenon is observed using a symmetrical coupling prism.
