【摘要】 目前国内外对水稻染色体随体问题的看法尚有争论。本文通过去壁低渗火焰干燥法制取根尖细胞有丝分裂染色体标本、用涂片法制取花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体标本、用银染法对核仁组织区进行特异分化染色等,对几种栽培水稻的染色体随体进行了观察,以及对染色体组型进行了分析,证明某些水稻品种二倍体细胞有两对随体,而某些品种二倍体细胞只有1对随体。并对这几对带有随体的染色体在组型中的位置作了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 As there are diverse opinions in satellite of rice chromosomes, so we are attempting to tackle this problem.In this study, the chromosome specimens of root tips were prepared by the wall degradation hypotonic flame-drying method, and the chromosome specimens of pollen sporocytes in meiosis were made by the smear method. Silver was used as differential staining for the nucleolus organizer.We have studied the satellites and idiograms of several varieties of the cultivated rice. It has been proved that there are two pairs of satellites in the diploid of some varieties, but just one pair in others.We have probed the position of the rice chromosomes with satellite in the idiogram.更多还原
