【Abstract】 DNA and mRNA were extracted and purified from the ovary and oviduct of fowls Red-jade. DNA or mRNA solution were injected into the chickens of White Leghorn and their fertilized eggs respectively. Variations of induced White Leghorn in the characters were followed in offspring from 1 to 2 generations. It was observed that the character of pigmented feathers of mRNA-induced White Leghorn was not transmitted to their progenies.更多还原
