中国人体细胞染色体高分辨G带模式图

【摘要】 本工作应用高分辨染色体技术,分析了31名健康汉族人外周血的高分辨G带,制作了中国人体细胞染色体的高分辨G带核型图。并经镜下比较和照片剪贴配对分析,认为中国人体细胞高分辨G带的带纹顺序与宽窄基本与人类细胞遗传学高分辨显带命名的国际体制(ISCN,1981)中高分辨G带模式图一致,但在850条带阶段,1、2、8和Y染色体的某些区带与ISCN(1981)的模式图有些差别,故重新描绘了这四个染色体的模式图。

【Abstract】 High resolution G-banded chromosomes of cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes obtained from 31 normal Chinese were studied. 184 metaphase plates, 87% of which were at early metaphase and prometaphase, were compared with ISCN (1981) high resolution idiograms of G-banded human chromosomes under microscope (100×10) as well as with microphotographs enlarged up to 5.000×. On the basis of very thorough analysis of 168 karyotypes taken from 18 individuals some consistent deviations from ISCN (1981) were found. These deviations mainly involved the order and width of bands in specific regions of 4 chromosomes, namely Ip31.1 to Ip32.2, 2q22.1 to 2q24.3, 8q24.21 to 8q24.23 and Yq. These deviations were not obvious at 320-band metaphase stage, but became obvious at 850-band prometaphase stage. So new idiograms of chromosomes 1, 2, 8 and Y for Chinese at 850-band stage were presented.
