【摘要】 作者用淀粉凝胶电泳法测定了56头江西地方品种玉山黑猪和180头约克夏猪与赣州本地猪杂交的赣州白猪的血清转铁蛋白类型。所测得的基因频率与台湾省4个本地品种的做了比较。发现江西玉山黑猪和台湾省本地猪二者的转铁蛋白基因频率基本相似。根据这一结果可以认为江西省本地品种玉山黑猪与台湾省本地猪间的血统关系甚为亲近。更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum transferrin phenotypes in 56 Yushan Black pigs of Jiangxi native pig and 180 Ganzhou White pigs which is a cross between Yorkshire pig and Ganzhou native pigs were examined by the starch gel electrophoresis technique. The observed gene frequencies were compared with those in four breeds of Taiwan native pigs. It is found that there is a resemblance between the transferrin gene frequencies of Yushan Blacks of Jiangxi and Taiwan Province native pigs. From this result, it is suggested that Yushan Blacks of Jiangxi and Taiwan Province native pigs are near kin.更多还原
