【摘要】 本文对中耳乳突手术196例(203耳)作了临床分析,其中经后径路44耳,前径路159耳。前径路是先打开上鼓室,再经鼓窦入口进入鼓窦,视病变范围大小磨除骨质。前径路手术的优点是:能迅速准确地找到鼓窦,不易损伤面神经,乳突腔的大小视病变范围可大可小。因此,作者建议推广前径路的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Of 203 cases of middle ear mastoid operations, 44 were operated on via back route, 150 were operated on via front route. The way of the front route was to open the upper typanum through the entrance of tympanal sinus. The advantages of the front route were to find tympanal sinus quickly and accurately to avoid hurting the facial nervc and to change the size of the mastoid cave according to the scope of pathological changes. The way of front route is recommended.更多还原
