【摘要】 非开胸食管内翻拨脱术是一种治疗下咽部癌,食管癌和贲门癌选择性采用的手术方法,本术式适于确定病变属早期、病变局限、周围无软组织块影,无明显淋巴结转移者,尤其全身情况较差、年老体弱、心肺功能欠佳而不适应开胸手术的病例,本文报告4例,在临床上已取得了较为良好的近期效果。作者复习文献后对手术方法、适应证、并发症及疗效等进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The inversion-stripping esophagectomy without thoracotomy (ISEWT) is a method of treatment for carcinoma of hypopharynx, esophagus and cardia of the stomach, and is indicated for early localized lesions and for elder patients of poor cardiopulmonary conditions. 4 cases of good results were reported. The operative technique, indications, complications and curative effects were discussed.更多还原
