【摘要】 本文使用X—射线衍射法测定了锌酸盐镀锌层(1120)择优面上的第Ⅰ类应力和第Ⅱ类应力。实验结果表明:第Ⅰ类应力呈现压应力,而且锌镀层晶胞参数沿C轴方向缩短约2％。可认为,晶胞参数缩短将使晶体内部能量升高,导致产生压应力。另一方面,晶粒间界效应引起了(1120)择优面弯曲则可能是产生第Ⅱ类应力的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The internal stress of the first and the second kind of the preferred orientation face (1120) of Zinc electrodeposits from the zincate bath was determined by means of X-ray diffraction.The resulfs show that the stress of the first kind is compressive,and the unit cell parameter along the Z-axis is shortened by ca 2%.It is considered that the shortening in the unit cell parameter may increase the energy within the crystal and result in appearance of compressive stress.On the other hand,the stress of the secondkind may mainly arise from the bending in preferred orientation face (1120) causing by the grain boundary.更多还原
