【摘要】 本文应用丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,比较了两种野鸭即绿头鸭(ArasPlatyrhynchos L)、斑嘴鸭(Anas poecilorhyncha Forster)和三种家鸭:番鸭(Muscovy)、北京鸭(Beijing duck)、金定鸭(Jinding duck)及其正反交杂种代的血清蛋白质特征。说明了家鸭血清中的转铁蛋白和前白蛋白是受等显性基因所控制。在家鸭属间或种间杂交后代的血清中可以看到它们等显性的表现型。更多还原

【Abstract】 1.Acrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to compare the electrophoreic characterizations of serum protein in two species of mallard (Anas platyrhyn~ chos L.,Anas poecilorhyncha Forster) three strains of domestic duck (mus-covy,Beijing cluck,Jinding duct) and the reciprocal hybrids of domestic ducks.2.These studies indicated that the serum transferrin and prealbumin in domestic ducks were controlled by Codominant genes Therefore,in theintergeneric and interspecific hybirds of domestic ducks,their codeminant phenotype could be seen更多还原
