膨胀率对拉伐尔喷管超音速湿蒸汽流动凝结过程的影响
THE EFFECT OF RATE OF EXPANSICN ON THE CONDENSATION OF SUPERSONIC WET STEAM FLOW IN A LAVAL·NOZZLE
【摘要】 本文的目的是利用已有的计算程序对六种不同膨胀率的拉伐尔直喷管中的超音速湿蒸汽两相流的各项有关参数进行计算,并与在我室自制的试验台上取得的试验数据以及国外近年发表的有关低压实验数据进行比较和分析,我们特别对喷管膨胀率对凝结过程的某些影响作了分析,以补充俞茂铮、陈孝隆1981年发表的论文中的不足部分,在计算中,我们沿用了Gyarmathy、Ryley等人一向采用的液滴半径增长率公式的形式。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental investiga- tion on the effect of rate of expansion on the general flow parameters in a supersaturated wet steam Laval nozzle in the presence of condensation. The theoretical solution of the equation system is achieved on a electronic computer using the program developed by Yu and Chen. The computational values are found to agree fairly well with experimental ones obtaind on six nozzle test sections of various rates of expansion. Theoretical explanation of the parame- teric variation has been offered. Traditional droplet growth equation has been used but possible means of improving this equation is suggested.
