超高灵敏度测定水中痕量铬(Ⅵ)的新方法——四(4-二甲胺苯基)卟啉分光光度法
A New Method of Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Amount of Chromium(Ⅵ)with High Sensitivity-Tetrakis—(4—Dimethyl Amine Ammonium Phenyl) Porphyrin
【摘要】 本文提出用四(4-二甲胺苯基)卟啉[简称T(4-DAP)P]作为光度试剂·利用铬(Ⅵ)氧化T(4-DAP)P的褪色反应,研究了最适宜的反应条件,试剂最大破收波长为431毫微米,摩尔破光系数为4.1×1~5,是目前光度法测定铬(Ⅵ)最灵敏的方法,铬(Ⅵ)含量在0~2.00微克/25毫升范围内遵守比耳定律。一般常见金属离子大量存在对测定均无影响。F(Ⅲ)、M(Ⅵ)干扰可经掩蔽消除,此法用于电厂冲灰水中痕量铬(Ⅵ)的测定,结果较为满意。
【Abstract】 T(4-DAP)P s r■commended as a reagent for sp cerophotometr e determiuation of C (Ⅴ). I. i. b. sed on the d c. o iz■tion of oxidation of the reagent by C (Ⅵ) and the bast suitable condition of determination has been studied. The molar ab■orptivity for reagent is 4■×■5■. mol-1 C■-1 at 43 nm. The Beer’s law is obeyed in the range 0—2.00 ug/25ml of C (Ⅵ). The Presence of common metal ions is not interference but Fc(Ⅲ) and Mn (Ⅶ) which can be avoided. This method is successfully used for the determination of C (Ⅵ) in waste water of power plant.
