水田船形拖拉机驱动叶轮推进力的研究

【摘要】 本文以“浮”式工作原理为基础,分析了水田船形拖拉机驱动叶轮与水田土壤的实际相互作用过程,研究了水田土壤在驱动叶轮轮刺作用下形成的滑动土体的形状及力系平衡。在此基础上,利用被动土压原理,导出了水田船形拖拉机驱动叶轮的推进力计算式。通过田间试验所得的试验结果表明:由该计算式得到的预测值与实际田间试验结果基本吻合。

【Abstract】 According to the "buoying" working principle, the interaction process between the lugged driving wheel of boat-type tractor and, paddy soil has been analysed. The shape Of sliding soil wedge formed by the lugs of wheel and the equilibrium of forces exerting on the wedges have been studied. As the result, formula for calculating the propulsive force of ??the wheel is derived by means of the principle of passive soil pressure. Experiments show that values calculated through the formula are approximately identical with those recorded from the paddy field tests.
