3.5吨/小时三排小风口冷风冲天炉较佳参数研究
STUDY ON THE BETTER PARAMETERS OF 3.5t/h COLD-AIR CUPOLA WITH THREE ROWS OF SMALL TUYERES
【摘要】 本文从提高铁水温度、节约能源角度出发,通过对武汉鼓风机厂使用的3.5吨/小时三排小风口冷风冲天炉进行了较全面的测试和试验研究工作,找出了较佳的结构参数和工艺参数范围,从而获得了较好的熔炼效果。本文着重分析风口比、主风口的设置及尺寸大小以及送风强度对冲天炉熔炼效果的影响,为三排小风口冷风冲天炉的合理使用、提高熔炼效果、达到提高铁水温度和节约能源的目的提供了实践依据和理论说明。
【Abstract】 In order to raise the temperature of molten iron and economize energy, we have carried out fairly comprehensive experiments and tests on the cold-air cupola with three rows of small tuyeres used by Wuhan Blower Plant, and better ragnes of its structural and technological parameters have been found. By means of the parameters, we have gained better smelting results. This article emphatically analyses the factors which might affect the smelting result, such as the tuyere ratio, the position and size of main tuyere and the strength of air blast. It provides a scientific basis for practice and theoretical analysis of this cupola. Thus we will be able to make rational use of it and better the smelting result so as to attain the aim of raising the molten iron temperature and economizing energy.
