变温变粘度小工质流量的测量
MEASUREMENT OF SMALL FLOW RATE OF THE WORKING FLUID WITH VARIABLE TEMPERATURE AND VISCOSITY
【摘要】 本文介绍用半导体硅力敏器件测量小工质流量的方法及装置。这种测量不受工质温度、粘度等状态的影响,可用于太阳能平板和聚光集热器的热性能试验,测量各种介质在不同状态下的流量。
【Abstract】 The measurement of flow rate is directly associated with effeciency test of solar collector and therefore with evaluation of its thermal performance.The flow rate in the tests of both flat and concentrating solar collectors are so small that non of available flowmeters can be chosen.In addition,plant oil is often used as heat transfer medium in concentrating collectors.Viscosity of the oil changes with variations of temperature.That makes the measurement of flow rate more difficult.Pressure sensor of silicon semiconductor is very small and highly sensitive,reacts quickly and without any error caused by additional stress.It is quite conveniet to collect and proceess its electric output signal.It can be used for measurement of the flow rate.Such a device is developed and described in this paper.The accuracy of the measurement is approximately about 1.1%,is enough for thermal performance test of solar collector.
