【Abstract】 In this paper,we describe a method for calibrating solar cells at AM=1 in the terrestrial sunlight.We measured the Isc of solar cells at different air mass(m) In Hai-Nan Island and Changchun and plotted In Isc vs.m and extrapolated the straight line obtained until m=1 to have (Isc) m=1.It was proved that the (Isc)m=1 obtained by extrapolation of the results measured in Changchun consisted with that measured in Hai-Nan Island.更多还原
