交联型丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂的合成
SYNTHESES AND PROPERTIES OF PRESSURE SENSETIVE ADHESIVES OF CURABLE ACRYLIC EMULSION
【摘要】 <正> 一、前言压敏粘合剂的研制和应用已有相当长的历史,一百多年前橡胶系压敏胶就已问世。本世纪六十年代,丙烯酸溶液聚合物开始用于压敏胶带。它除具有优良的压敏性能外,还耐候,耐光,耐氧化,耐水,耐油,耐溶剂,透明色浅,可根据用途调节其性能,故得到快速的发展。丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂是七十年代发展起来的,由于不用有机溶剂,减少了公害和火灾危险,从环境保护、生产安全及原料的有效利用等方面来看,具有其优越性。据报
【Abstract】 Using the monomers of butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, vinyl acetate, acrylic acid, methylolacrylamide and so on, a series of stable acrylic emulsions have been synthesized. A emulsion composing methylolacrylamide can cr oss-link by itself. A emulsion without methyl olacrylamide can cross-link in the presenee of curing agents. Self-adhesive labels made by coating art printing paper with the pressure sensetive adhesives undergo the tests of peeling at 90° and 180°, and compared with japan products.
