【Abstract】 By using laser cloudiness apparatus, the initiating effectiveness of photointtiator in the reaction of photocuring was studied in the system of benzoin ether and benzophenone. In pentaerythrite acrylate with dichloroethane-isopropyl alcohol as solvents, it is found that the order of the initiating effectiveness of benzoin ethers is as follows: dimethylether>diethyl ether>isopropyl ether>methyl ether>ether. The structure of the apparatus and the experiment procedure are also introduced.
