乳酸型钛酸酯偶联剂的合成和应用

【摘要】 <正> 一、概述偶联剂是一种分子桥。它在微观上将无机物表面的分子同有机聚合物的分子连接起来。这种分子水平的偶联,能显著提高材料的某些性能。偶联剂是三十多年前发展起来的,首先是硅、铬偶联剂。六十年代四官能度的钛酸丁酯也被用作偶联剂。新型钛酸酯偶联剂是七十年代发展的新品种。1972年,美国Kenrich公司研制出TTS(三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯)。1974

【Abstract】 In this paper, the synthesis of the lactic acid type of titanate coupling agents was reported. The application of the titanate coupling agent, denoted by ND-81, synthesized by the reaction of the isopropyl titante with lactic acid and dioctyl pyrophosphate, is described. It may be used as an agent to reduce the viscosity of the some systms, to disintegrate a gelled alkyd resin, to improve the properties of the lacquer in producing golden and silvery threads, and to improve the electrical properties of the solventless epoxy lacquer. ND-84, which is an ammonium salt of ND-81, may be used to increase the dispersibility of titanium dioxide in water. It may also be used as a primer for the some purposes.
