Relationship Between Plasma Renin Activity and Biochemical Factors in Normal Subjects and Patients with Essential Hypertension
【摘要】 <正> 我们曾就原发性高血压血浆肾素活性(PRA),血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)与临床流行病学关系进行探讨。现仍用同一数理统计法——多因素逐步回归分析,研究199例
【Abstract】 By Using the gradual regressive analysis of multiple factors, some biochemical factors affecting plasma renin activity (PRA) and angiotensin Ⅱ (ATⅡ) levels in 199 patients with uncomplicated essential hypertension were studied and the corresponding data of 125 normal persons were taken as control. All the objects observed had an unrestricted salt intake. According to the postures of blood sampling (in a sitting or supine posture) the patients and normal persons were divided into two groups accordingly. In hypertensive patients the results showed that there was correlation between PRA, ATI,the ratio of serum sodium and potassium, the concentrations of sodium and potassium of red cells and their ratio, serum uric acid level and/or its clearance and creatinine clearance. Significances of serum cholesterol and.triglyceride relating to the PRA and AT Ⅱ in hypertensive cases are not yet determined in this paper. Comparied with the correlative test of single factors, urinal sodium and potassium values and its ratio were less important. The results between sitting and supine groups in patients or in normal persons were not completely identical. These differences in addition to postural factor, may result from the unequal numbers of observing items and the varieties of distribution or constitutions in epidemical factors such as age, sex, profession between the grougs.
