【Abstract】 This paper introduce a method of observing the antral gastrin ceils by a new electromieroscopie, technique. We select six patients with duodenal ulcer and six normal individuals as control. Under the electromicroscope we observed a great many antral gastrin cells with low density and secretory granules in patients of duodenal ulcer suggesting higher activity of this ceils than that of the controls.The results revealed that this method is very specific in identifying the function status of the endocrine cells and the various changes of the endocrine granules in the gastrin ceils of patients with duodenal ulcer.更多还原
