【Abstract】 The results of investigations on 235 elderly aged over 90 years in Hubei Province, comprehensively surveyed by authors during the last 25 years are reported. Data of several physiological, biochemical and immunological indices were compared with those of adults and elders of 60 to 89 years old, It may be seen that senility is a regressive change with aging.
