急性心肌梗塞病人循环血小板聚集的研究
Study of Circulating Platelet Aggregation in Acute Myocardial Infarction
【摘要】 本文观察了27例急性心肌梗塞病人,其循环血小板聚集率比非冠心病、无并发症冠心病显著增加;血小板计数无差异;纤维蛋白原显著增加;血浆高密度脂蛋白——胆固醇显著降低;总胆固醇和甘油三酯无差异。说明急性心肌梗塞病人血液处于高凝状态及血小板功能的改变是急性微血栓形成的主要原因。
【Abstract】 This paper observed the change of circulating platelet aggregation in cases of noncoronary heart disease, uncomplicated coronary artery disease, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction (AMI). This paper also observed the correlation between platelet aggregation and platelet counts, fibrinogen and plasma lipids. The platelet aggregation rate was 0.53±0.12 in AMI, 0.98±0.13 in noncoronary heart disease (P<0.001); fibrinogen was 671.4±136.2mg/dl in AMI, 383.5 ±113.9mg/dl in noncoronary heart disease (P<0.001); HDL-C was 48.3±15.3mg/dl in AMI, 62.5± 16.5mg/dl in noncoronary heart disease (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between total cholesterol, triglyceride and platelet counts in two groups. The results indicate that the acute myocardial infarction patients was in high coagulability state and the change of function of platelet was the chief cause of microthrombus formation.
