换热器直管自振频率的研究

【摘要】 管壳式换热器会因流体流动引起管束的振动而导致严重的破坏。在设计换热器时,为了解决流体诱导的振动问题,必须预测管子的自振频率。本文提出一种计算换热器管子自振频率的新方法。把换热器管子当作连续梁,中间折流板视为简支,两端视为固定端由管板固定。计算结果与试验数据表明,本文所述方法可用于计算多跨不等跨长管子的自振频率,并且具有精度高、比现有公式应用范围广和便于手算电算等优点。

【Abstract】 The vibration of heat exchanger tubes due to cross—flowing fluids can lead to serious damage. In order to solve this we must determine the natural frequency of tubes when we design tubular heat exchangers.This paper proposes a new method of calculating the natural frequency of tubes. It assumes exchanger tubes as continuous beams with points of support at the baffles, and the ends to be fixed in the tubesheet. The new calculating method may be used when the spans (the length of span between baffles or tube supports) are numerous and unequal, and it has the advantages of high accuracy, and wider application than that of formulas, and convenience for hand calculating and computation by electronic computers.
